Into / exterior

Here we have a particularly desirable 2012 991 generation Porsche 911, with the rare 7 speed manual gear box. The coachwork of this example is superbly straight, original condition and the Dark Blue Metallic paint work has a fabulous glossy shine, with the only imperfections being stone chips to the nose. Our usual day's worth of FGP detailing has been carried out, ridding the paint of any "swirl" marks, and protecting it for the foreseeable. The 20 inch "Carrera S" wheels are in pristine condition, having been refurbished in preparation for sale. Pirelli P Zero tyres lay beneath the car, with the rears renewed 1,000 miles ago and fronts also being nearly new.

Interior

The black leather interior is in beautiful order,  with everything inside operates just as Porsche intended for it to, including the air conditioning system which blows ice cool. The Porsche boasts the optional electric sliding roof, which was enlarged from its predecessor; the 997, and also benefits from all of the other features the 991s come with, such as Xenon headlights, front and rear park assistance, PCM navigation, and PASM suspension with SPORT mode. A full factory specification sheet is available upon request. There are two remote key fobs with the car.

Mechanics

Mechanically speaking the Porsche is in perfect health and makes for a truly excellent to drive. The 3.4 litre, naturally aspirated flat 6 mounted over the rear axle provides blistering performance and a gorgeous sound-track to match. The manual gearbox is a rare feature among modern sports cars, and the 7 speed unit equipped with this example provides for an exhilarating drive. The clutch pedal is light and easy to manage in traffic, and the ride of the Porsche is comfortable and compliant, up until the moment SPORT mode is activated, which in turn activates the PASM suspension, stiffening the car up and presenting a sports car that conquers twisty corners at huge speeds without breaking a sweat. The enormous Pirelli rear tyres, that have only covered 1,000 miles since being renewed, provide a massive amount traction, and the brakes on the Porsche are in excellent order, with the rear discs and pads having been renewed within the last 1,000 miles, and the brake fluid changed by us in preparation for sale.

Service history / sale prep

The 911 has been cared for meticulously and only ever been worked on at the Porsche main dealership. Five service intervals are stamped in the maintenance booklet, and all of the invoices for work carried out are present in the history file. Of course all of the original owners manuals are present and contained within the original Porsche leather owners wallet.

The service intervals completed list as follows: 03/03/2014 - 10,216 miles, 06/09/2016 - 19,328 miles, 07/07/2017 - 34,073 miles, 17/09/2018 - 50,977 miles, 03/06/2020 - 66,146 miles.

In preparation for sale, we have carried out the brake fluid change that was due, refurbished the alloy wheels to remedy curb marks, had a four-wheel alignment completed, and given the car a comprehensive detail.
