Presented in the uncommon Guards Red (paint code L84A) body colour and with a black leather interior and black coloured soft top hood, this particular car is of a very desirable colour combination, that is gorgeous to look at. The condition of the coachwork is fabulous, with no damage such as car park dings present. The Guards Red paint has not suffered any fading, possessing a deep and vibrant shine as demonstrated in the photographs. There are no scrapes or scratches and very few stone chips to the nose of the car. The Porsche has undergone a soft headed machine polish and hand wax to emphasise and protect the lovely condition of the paintwork. The soft top hood is in very good condition and the rear screen is free from any yellowing or damage. The Boxster sits on it's original 18" Porsche BBS "twist" alloys, which have just been to subject to refurbishment so are in immaculate condition. The tyres fitted are brand new Kumho sport tyres.InteriorThe black leather interior is in outstanding condition throughout. There is very little wear signs, even to the normal wear points such as the steering wheel and drivers side bolster. The dashboards, door cards, carpets etc are all unmarked and the leather seats are in such fabulous order that they could pass for a car of only a few years old. Everything inside the car works as it should, including the electric soft top roof and air conditioning. There are three keys with the car, two of which are working remote fobs. The optional extra codes on the car are as follows: C16, XSX, 197, 239, 413, 441, 490, 502, 551, 567, 571, 573, 584, 689, 695, 946.MechanicsThe Porsche drives well as it looks. The mid-mounted 3.2 litre engine runs perfectly, firing up on the button, idling smoothly, revs cleanly and provides great power on the road. There are also no leaks, smoke or unwanted noises; simply the beautiful sound produced through the tail pipes. The six speed manual gearbox and clutch provide a smooth and accurate gear change and the brakes are in good condition. stopping the car sharply when called upon.
