The Porsche's coachwork is in fabulous order, with every body panel pin straight and free from any car parking "dings" or dents. The Arctic Silver paint work (colour code L92U) is in equally fabulous condition, with no notable scratches and only minor stone chipping to the nose of the car. The paint has also benefitted from a full body soft compound machine polish and hand wax while in with us, emphasising it's fantastic condition. The dark blue electric soft top hood is in very good condition with no tears, repairs or notable damage. The Boxster sits on it's original and genuine Porsche alloy wheels, all of which have premium branded tyres with good tread.InteriorA Metrolpol Blue leather interior is found inside the cockpit of the Porsche, which is a lovely contrasting colour to the silver exterior and match to the soft top hood. Everything inside is found in brilliant order, with very clean carpets, an unmarked dashboard, lightly worn door cards and leather seats that only have minimal wear to the drivers side bolster. Everything inside the car works as Porsche intended, including the air condition which had it's condensers and pipe renewed in 2015, and the electric soft top roof which retracts as it's meant to. There are three keys with the car, including a fully functioning remote fob with boot opening buttons. The optional extra codes on this car are as follows: 197, 424, 441, 502, 551, 567, 571, 573, 584, 689, 695, 946.MechanicsMechanically speaking, this Boxster is a very well cared for example, which drives and performs just as it is supposed to. As has been stated, the IMS bearing has been upgraded, which was a mere 2,000 miles ago, so there isn't this to be worried about. The engine performs fantastically, with brilliant power, a wonderful sound track and without anything untoward such as smoking, leaks or abnormal tapping noises. The gearbox changes through it's gears smoothly and the clutch is as it should be. The Porsche corners superbly, with an utterly tight feel to the handling, thanks to the renewal of many of it's suspension components, which is detailed fully in the "service history" section below.Service historyPresent is a comprehensive service history, with not only the fully stamped maintenance booklet, but also a wad of paperwork that details the works carried out on the vehicle over the years, as well as all previous MOT certificates, original owners manuals and other miscellaneous papers. The service intervals completed are as follows: 06/12/2001 - 11,453 miles, 14/08/2002 - 24,079 miles, 19/08/2003 - 35,161 miles, 22/01/2005 - 54,417 miles, 08/11/2006 - 67,892 miles, 13/01/2008 - 78,492 miles, 21/10/2010 - 88,124 miles, 30/10/2013 - 99,035 miles, 22/06/2017 - 100,711 miles. Some works completed to the car in the last three years include: renewal of front shock absorbers, front top mounts, inner steering joints, track rod ends, rear anti roll bar bushes, 4 wheel alignment, 4x suspension lower control arms, engine mount, IMS bearing, air conditioning condensers, air conditioning pipe.
