From FGP owners’ personal collection, this stunning Aston Martin V8 Vantage S, in “James Bond spec”, with Meteorite Silver paintwork and black leather interior. The car has had just one previous owner from new, visiting Aston Martin once a year for its servicing. The paintwork is generally very nice and has been subject to the FGP Detailing Package, which includes a two-stage machine polish. The bottom front corners of the doors have the usual aluminium surface corrosion, but this doesn’t detract strongly from the Aston’s lovely condition and can be rectified easily if required. The 19″ alloy wheels reserved for the “S” model have been professionally refurbished as per their original finish, in preparation for sale, and the rear lights, which are prone to water ingress / condensation, have been sent away to an Aston Martin specialist to be re-sealed. The “S” benefits from additional styling enhancements, including deeper front bumper with larger grill and carbon fibre lower splitter, deeper side skirts, carbon fibre rear defuser, enlarged rear spoiler.

The Aston Martin is of low milage, but the black leather interior is so well kept that it could pass for a car of only two years old. The leather is supple and unmarked throughout and even the “touch point”, such as steering wheel, handbrake lever and driver’s side bolstering are completely unmarked. The Vantage S boasts the unique sport seats, contrasting stitching throughout the interior, model designation embroidery on the seat backs and in the floor mats, cruise control, blue tooth connectivity and piano black trim finish.

The Vantage drives wonderfully and being the “S” is equipped with the larger 4.7 litre engine, the second generation of Sportshift gearbox with 7 gears as opposed to 6, enlarged front brakes, sportier suspension set-up, a quicker ratio steering rack, a more aggressive exhaust, a 30kg weight reduction.

As listed earlier, this Aston Martin had been into Aston Martin every year for its servicing, which is evidenced by the service booklet and the large hard-backed folder, which contains all maintenance invoices, MOT certificates and the sales invoices. The service intervals completed with Aston Martin list as follows:

In addition to the above intervals, we serviced the car 16/02/2026 – 39,546 miles, as well as having the rear lights refurbished and the alloy wheels refurbished.

Additional noteworthy maintenance undertaken includes: Transmission removed in 2023 for renewal of transmission actuator assembly kit, renewal of clutch kit, clutch slave cylinder and flywheel in 2020. These two jobs were carried out at Aston Martin for a combined £12,000.
