Here we have a particularly desirable 991 generation Porsche 911, with the rare 7 speed manual gear box. The coachwork of this example is superbly straight and original, with Basalt Black Metallic (paint colour code C9Z) paint work that has a fabulous glossy shine. Our usual day’s worth of FGP detailing has been carried out, eliminating any “swirl” marks, and protecting it for the foreseeable. The 20 inch “Carrera Classic” wheels are in good condition and have Pirelli P Zero tyres with good tread life all round.

The black leather interior makes for a beautiful place to be, in fabulous condition throughout, and with a specification that’s been heavily optioned. Everything operates as it should, including the ice-cool air conditioning system and the optional extra retractable sun-roof. Mechanically speaking the Porsche is in perfect health and makes for a truly excellent to drive. The 3.8 litre, naturally aspirated flat 6 mounted over the rear axle provides blistering performance and a gorgeous sound-track to match. The manual gearbox is a rare feature among modern sports cars, and the 7 speed unit equipped with this example provides for an exhilarating drive. As is noted earlier, this example is equipped with an array of optional extras that enhance the thrill of the drive. Sports Chrono Plus offers a range of features that when activated, make the Porsche a lively, engaging, and massively capable sports car. The PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) is stiffened, the throttle mapping is sharpened, the intake plenum is opened, allowing induction noise into the cabin, the exhaust note is given a burble and crackle on the down rev, the optional PADM (Porsche Active Dynamic Engine Mounts) are stiffened, providing a taunter rear end, and the optional PSE (Porsche Switchable Exhaust) is opened, giving a more aggressive bark from the tail pipes.

In preparation for sale we have carried out the following: Brake fluid change, MOT, re-gas of air conditioning system, renewal of front brake discs and pads, renewal of bonnet damping struts. Upon its last service, the Porsche also benefitted from the renewal of both front suspension lower control arms and a four-wheel alignment.
