This 997.1 Carrera 4S underwent over £35,000-worth of works with “Hartech” on 19/02/2024 at 84,963 miles, including a comprehensive 4.1 litre engine rebuild, as well as extensive other works (listed below).

The 911 is in exceptional condition throughout, with beautifully kept bodywork and Seal Grey paintwork. Being a non-sun roof model, the roof-line is sleek and uncluttered. The rare, genuine Porsche GT3 aero kit sits beautifully with the wide-body of the Carrera 4S. The headlights are clear and free from oxidisation, the large 4S Guards Red calipers look well through the recently refurbished 19″ “Lobster Claw” alloy wheels and our customary FGP Comprehensive Detailing Package has been completed.

The special order two-tone black / Stone Grey leather interior is in brilliant condition, with very minimal wear. Optional equipment includes: Seat heating, sports steering wheel, Sports Chrono Plus package, Bose sound package, body-coloured centre lower console, as well as the usual “S”/”4S” equipment, such as Litronic xenon headlights, headlight washers, silver-backed instrument dials, headlight washers, 19″ “Lobster Claw” alloy wheels, PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) suspension.

A complete servicing record, with all intervals completed by the main agent or independent specialist. Present is the leather owner’s wallet containing all manuals and the fully stamped maintenance booklet, as well as folder containing maintenance invoices, MOT certificates and other miscellaneous documents. As listed earlier, on 19/02/2024 at 84,963 miles, over £35,000-worth of works were completed by “Hartech” (please ask if you would like to see a copy of the full detailed invoice), including a full engine rebuild, increasing the displacement from 3.8 litre to 4.1 litre, as well as upgrading the 997.1’s “weak links”, with upgraded cylinder liners and IMS. During the engine rebuild, almost all conceivable “ancillary” / external components were renewed as a precaution. Additional works completed included: 2x new “Top Gear” stainless steel exhaust silencers and all exhaust system hardware, three-piece clutch kit, clutch slave cylinder, clutch lever, dual-mass flywheel, coolant expansion tank, all coolant pipes and hoses, 2x engine mounts, gearbox mount, propshaft bushes, right rear main (over-engine) brake pipe, left rear main brake pipe, 2x over-engine air conditioning pipes, 4x shock absorbers, 4x coil springs, 4x top mounts, 2 front top bearings, 4x bump stops, 4x dust bellows, 4x drop links, 4x lower control arms, 4x trailing arms, 2x toe arms, 2x track rod ends, 2x front CV boots.
